This coffee comes from Hamasho Village in Ethiopia's Sidama Bensa region and is produced by the award-winning team at Daye Bensa Coffee, working alongside hundreds of local smallholder farmers.

Naturally processed and grown at over 2,200 metres above sea level, the coffee is carefully dried on raised beds to develop its vibrant fruit character and floral complexity. The result is a clean, expressive cup with layers of sweetness and remarkable clarity.

Daye Bensa has become one of Ethiopia's most respected coffee producers, recognised for investing in farming communities, improving quality at every stage and producing coffees that consistently rank among the country's best.
