BEHIND THE COFFEE

This coffee comes from Finca La Divisa in Huila South, Colombia.

It is a Bourbon variety, processed using a yeast starter, co-fermentation and a triple infusion process before being infused with mango.

The result is deliberately different.

The mango brings a vivid tropical sweetness and juicy fruit character to the cup, while the underlying coffee keeps enough structure and balance to stop it becoming just a fruit drink.

It's loud.

It's juicy.

It's not trying to taste like every other coffee on the shelf.
