BEHIND THE COFFEE

This coffee is grown by the Pereira family in Carmo de Minas, one of Brazil's most respected coffee growing regions.

Produced from Yellow Bourbon and naturally processed, the cherries are dried with the fruit still intact before milling. This creates a coffee with plenty of sweetness, a creamy mouthfeel and the comforting chocolate notes that make Brazilian coffees such reliable all rounders.

The farm is managed with a long-term focus on quality, looking after both the land and the people who work it. Native forests and water sources are protected, while employees and their families are provided with housing, transport and everyday support, helping create a sustainable future for both the farm and the community.
